Dion opened a sold-out Paris residency Saturday night before an emotional audience. She addressed fans largely in French, thanked them for staying with her through her health struggle and acknowledged the difficult path back to performing.
The singer opened with “On ne change pas” and performed career-defining songs including “All by Myself” and “My Heart Will Go On.” The production reportedly used a relatively restrained visual design, allowing the focus to remain on Dion’s voice and return.

Stiff-person syndrome is a rare neurological disorder that can cause severe muscle stiffness and painful spasms. Dion has spoken openly about the condition and the intensive work required to regain enough control and strength to perform.
